Want to join our high calibre team? We have day and night staff working flexibly as part of a 24-hour rota that includes evenings, weekends and sleep-in duties (as required). Working under the guidance of a manager, as part of a team, you will be providing support both within the home and in the community. You will need to be flexible, able to listen, patient, physically fit and be able to support the residents with a variety of outdoor activities and have a great sense of humour.
You will need to be passionate about person-centred support and be professional and committed to ensuring you show dignity and respect in all aspects of the role.
We offer a competitive salary with holiday pay, sick pay and a pension scheme. Continued professional development and training is provided.
