Our philosophy is to focus on what's best for those in our care and to diligently work for their wellness by giving them opportunities to try new things in the safest way possible. We believe that everyone has a unique perspective and skill to offer and we want to harness the variety of these talents to provide a comprehensive and exceptional individual support plan for our residents.
OUT AND ABOUT
We work hard to ensure that our residents get out and about and get full enjoyment of the outside world. We support them with hiking, cycling, swimming, sailing and much more.
COMMUNITY ACCESS
At Gresham House, we are dedicated to ensuring our residents take a full part in their local community through access to clubs, church activities and volunteering.
